Can't believe this is the only decent baked tapioca pudding picture I can find. I am having one in 10 minutes...

Bergamot

Bergamot is an ingredient of Earl Grey tea.

I found it out at Peet's today.

Trader Joe's Roasted, Unsalted Whole Cashews

... has been off the shelves for weeks. It is really bugging me.

The lightly salted dry roasted taste horrible. The cashew pieces are crumbly.

Anybody know when they'll be available again?
